We are one of the UK’s largest and fastest growing daily deal sites. We have over 3 million customers and sell over 60,000 deals per month ranging from holidays to Dubai, Tablets to Retail Gift Vouchers. We put great emphasis on Customer Support and due to our significant growth and in order to solve queries more efficiently and quickly, we have moved to a new and improved online ticketing system.

What does this mean?

  • We aim to respond to all customer tickets within two working days.
  • Every new ticket receives an automated reply to confirm your query has been logged.
  • We have upgraded our internal Customer Support helpdesk, which will now let us drill down into every query and help resolve it a lot more quickly.
  • Where necessary we will also make outbound calls to resolve tickets.
  • We no longer have a contact telephone number, but please don't panic we've now made contacting us a lot more straight forward.
