1x Viñamada Tempranillo, Rioja. This wine has a dark cherry-garnet colour with a lively, violet rim. On the nose, the aromas are intense, fresh, clean and fruity, with floral, blackcurrant and milk hints. On the palate, it is harmonious, medium-bodied, offering a perfect balance between tannins, freshness and acidity. It is long in the mouth, with a lingering finish and some sweet, fruity hints in the aftertaste.
1x San Martino Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry is a bright straw yellow colour, with some greenish hints; the nose is pleasant and fruity, with good intensity. It has a fresh flavour, and to the palate the wine is pleasant and harmonious.
1x Cavas Hill Rosado. A deep cherry red with hints of mature red fruit enhanced by robust ageing. On the palate it is fruity and glossy, mature and well-structured. Serve cold between 6 ºC and 8º C. Cool it slowly in an ice bucket or at the lowest shelf of the fridge. Open the bottle some minutes before serving and use fine transparent tall glasses. Ideal with cocktails, cold starters, rice, and for desserts which are not too sweet. Conservation: Keep the bottle standing vertically avoiding direct light and air draughts, at a temperature not higher than 20º C.
1x Seilón Blanco. Aroma of great intensity and persistence, very elegant floral notes.
1x Montelago Monastrell, Jumilla. Strongly ruby, dark colour, slightly shiny. Intensity of aromas, palpable red fruity. Forest fruits and delicate spices at the end; the taste of the wine stays on the palate.
1x Zagarrón Recreo, La Mancha. Bright with a youthful green and yellow hue. On the nose is tropical at first with fresher herbaceous, floral and savoury aromas of fresh pastry coming through, making it a very complex on nose. Smooth and sumptuous on the palate with fresh acidity and full bodied. Best serve between 8 and 12 ºC. Perfect with fish, seafood and smoked dishes. Soft cheese, soups or creams.
